David Lack, the company’s founder and CEO, has over twenty years of experience in the construction services industry. The Lack family has been building and developing for nearly fifty years in eight states including California, Arizona, Texas, and Illinois. No stranger to sawdust, David has personally rolled up his sleeves and put on his hard hat to manage and complete a wide range of complex projects; including multi-million dollar estate remodels to commercial offices, retail tenant improvements, residential senior living communities, and multi-unit residential projects.
