Santa Barbara Goes Green - Down the Coast

In Thousand Oaks, the city just created its first LEED silver certified building. This means it was made with highest standards of green-building materials and practices environmentally safe and sound. Wouldn't you know it, their new Transit Services Center was created by a Santa Barbara builder - Lack Construction!
