Dear David,
Thank you so much for your company's generous donation of the use of one of your trucks for over 3 months which, as you know, comes at a time of great need. Your donation helps us to provide essential support and emergency assistance to people who are struggling to rebuild their lives after the devastation of the Tea Fire.
Our Tea Fire Relief Team, run entirely by volunteers, is making progress in a number of areas, including housing, medical equipment, emergency erosion control, legal support, counseling referral and support groups, clothing, and rebuilding assistance.
We want you to know your support is very much appreciated and your donation makes a significant difference for our community members. Please retain this letter as verification of your donation for tax purposes.

Thank You,

As President of the Board of El Escorial Villas at East Beach, the Board and I hired David Lack and his Company to head a project for us that was very complex. This involved removing, repairing, and rebuilding our four three-story buildings. The project was finished on time and on budget. The Owners of El Escorial, a condominium, chose to continue occupying our 261 units while the construction was going on. Lack Construction workers interfaced with the residents respectfully and professionally throughout the project. They were amazing! No major injuries occurred during the two year project. The crews were careful to work around us and to clean up each evening before leaving, which we all appreciated very much.
We are extremely happy with Lack's performance in making our property beautiful again and recommend his work to you.

As an East Coast businessman, I found that David's business relationship went beyond that of just a builder. David's efficiency in interfacing with government officials, land-use planning and permit processing saved me time and money, and his open line of communication throughout the project made me feel like I wasn't 3,000 miles away.
