My thanks to everybody at Lack Construction. It has been a pleasure working with you. — Ric Gonzales, Project Manager City of Thousand Oaks December 30th, 2008 Dear Mr. Lack, — Janet L. Stanley, M.A. CEO American Red Cross Santa Barbara County Chapter October 1st, 2008 As President of the Board of El Escorial Villas at East Beach, the Board and I hired David Lack and his Company to head a project for us that was very complex. This involved removing, repairing, and rebuilding our four three-story buildings. The project was finished on time and on budget. The Owners of El Escorial, a condominium, chose to continue occupying our 261 units while the construction was going on. Lack Construction workers interfaced with the residents respectfully and professionally throughout the project. They were amazing! No major injuries occurred during the two year project. The crews were careful to work around us and to clean up each evening before leaving, which we all appreciated very much. — Barbara Caudry Former President of El Escorial Home Owners Association September 6th, 2008 As an East Coast businessman, I found that David's business relationship went beyond that of just a builder. David's efficiency in interfacing with government officials, land-use planning and permit processing saved me time and money, and his open line of communication throughout the project made me feel like I wasn't 3,000 miles away. — Richard Morash Martha's Vineyard, Massachsetts July 3rd, 2008 I admire David's attention to detail, follow-through and integrity - traits that often seem rare in today's world. — Chris & Brenda Jaeb March 5th, 2008 David Lack built our office building with such attention to detail that the end result was an office space that made our business flow in the most efficient manner possible. — Jerry and Sue DeRose Sun Coast Realty December 4th, 2007 David Lack volunteered his company for the C.A.L.M. Design Showcase 2001. David continually solved problem spots throughout the project, and he and his capable crew became indispensable to the effort as a whole. — David Sullins C.A.L.M.
